Privacy Policy
Your shipping documents are processed locally. LabelFixer contacts Lemon Squeezy only for purchases and license management.
PDF processing
When you choose or drop a PDF, LabelFixer reads and processes it inside the extension on your device. It renders previews, analyzes pages, and creates the output PDF locally. Shipping PDFs, label contents, addresses, tracking numbers, barcodes, and extracted order information are not uploaded to Maxim Bravo or Lemon Squeezy.
Local browser storage
LabelFixer uses chrome.storage.local to save settings and application state, including your theme choice, saved crop templates and presets, monthly usage and trial counters, and SHA-256 fingerprints used to count distinct processed PDFs. After a Pro activation, it also stores the license key, Lemon Squeezy instance ID, plan identifiers, license status, and validation timestamps. LabelFixer does not save the source PDF file to browser storage. You can remove locally stored extension data through Chrome's extension data controls or by uninstalling the extension.
License checks
When you activate, validate, refresh, or deactivate a Pro license, LabelFixer sends the license key, a generated installation label, and the Lemon Squeezy instance ID to the Lemon Squeezy License API over HTTPS. Lemon Squeezy's response may contain purchaser name and email metadata; LabelFixer does not use or store those fields. A verified license is checked periodically and may remain available for a limited grace period during a temporary network failure.
Payments
Paid checkout opens on Lemon Squeezy's website. Lemon Squeezy processes the purchase and payment information under its own privacy policy and sends the license key to the purchaser. LabelFixer does not receive or store payment-card details.
Analytics and code
LabelFixer has no advertising trackers or usage telemetry and does not sell personal information. All executable code is packaged with the extension; the Lemon Squeezy connection returns license data and does not deliver executable code. No account with Maxim Bravo is required.
