LabelFixer · A tool by Maxim Bravo

LabelFixer

Shipping-label preparation without the repetitive work.

Add one or more shipping-label PDFs. LabelFixer finds labels, prepares the pages, lets you review uncertain results, and exports one print-ready PDF.

For online sellers and anyone printing shipping labels on a 4×6 thermal printer.

The first 3 successful Pro processing runs need no account or payment details.

  • Mixed PDF batches
  • 4×6 thermal output
  • Local PDF processing

How it works

Three steps from source files to labels.

01

Add your PDFs

Drop one file or multiple shipping-label PDFs, including mixed document sizes.

02

Auto Fix and review

Prepare the batch automatically. Check any page that LabelFixer marks for review and adjust its crop if needed.

03

Download or print

Export labels in one PDF sized for your printer, or use the browser print dialog.

Made for shipping workflows

Less repeated page editing.

Automatic tools are available during the introductory Pro trial and with Pro. Free keeps the manual essentials after the trial.

Find and crop labels

Detect labels inside common A4, Letter, and other shipping PDF layouts, even when a page has extra material.

Process a batch safely

Add multiple PDFs, remove blank pages, split confident matches, and flag uncertain crops or barcode risks for review.

Choose and export

Use 4×6 in, 100×150 mm, A6, or a custom size, then download one combined PDF or print through Chrome.

Keep manual control

Open a full preview, crop by hand, rotate pages, reorder labels, and use saved presets when helpful.

Automatic detection can be uncertain, especially with scans or unusual layouts. Check addresses, barcodes, and printer settings before use.

Local by design

Your shipping documents stay on your device.

LabelFixer processes PDFs inside the Chrome extension. The current extension does not upload shipping documents to a processing server and does not require an account for basic use.

  • Local PDF processing
  • No document uploads
  • No extension telemetry

FAQ

Before you print.

Can LabelFixer process several PDFs together?

Yes. You can add multiple PDFs to one batch and export their labels in one output PDF. Batch processing is part of Pro and the introductory Pro trial.

Will it work with every shipping document?

LabelFixer handles many shipping PDF layouts, but detection can be uncertain for scans or unusual documents. Check the preview and use Review or manual crop when a page needs attention.

Do my PDFs leave my device?

No. The current extension processes PDFs locally in your browser and does not upload shipping documents to Maxim Bravo servers. Read the product privacy policy.

Which label sizes can I print?

Choose 4×6 inch, 100×150 mm, A6, or a custom output size. In the print dialog, select the matching paper size and Actual Size / 100%.

How do the trial, Free plan, and Pro options differ?

The first 3 successful runs include all Pro tools without an account or payment details. After that, Free allows up to 10 distinct PDFs per calendar month with manual processing, preview, export, and print. Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime all unlock the same Pro features; only the payment term differs.
